"I had a sleep study here and I was nervous going in, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience. The facility was clean and comfortable. Maylene the nurse tech was welcoming and professional. She explained every step of the process clearly and answered my questions thoughtfully. I highly recommend Advantage Sleep Center in Sewell."

"TJ is the ABSOLUTE most patient, thorough, and nicest person. He answered all of my questions about my new CPAP and was extremely encouraging and detailed. He didn't make me feel dumb at all with my questions or make me feel like he was bored by having answering the same question for what I could only assume was the 5 millionth time lol"

"Just had my sleep study last night. I was scared though I knew there was really no reason. I arrived and was greeted by Sherry. Sherry was very friendly and made me very comfortable. The room was comfortable. The bed was adjustable for people like me who can't sleep lying flat. I had a titration study and it was a little weird. I was woken up at like 3am by an air pressure so high I felt like I was a hot air balloon being inflated. The pressure blew the mask off my face.. I choose to laugh at that. I lost my trunk.. ( the hose) Hopefully that is not the pressure the Dr prescribes! Anyways it was clean. It was comfortable and Sherry was great. It was probably the best sleep I had in a while due to the fact I normally sleep 3 hours a night and sitting up.. I have to wait like 3 weeks for my machine and I pray it's that quick. What I learned? I get scared for little reason and I really need to breathe at night ."

"Update 8/30/21 Advantage was very helpful in rectifying the situation I explained below. Adam @ Voorhees was incredible and smoothed things over - went above and beyond to make sure I had a proper home study. It’s good to know that if something goes wrong they will do all they can to fix the issue and ease the customers mind. Thank you. ———— The only pros to this facility were, it was very clean and the staff was friendly. Otherwise my experience for a sleep study was absolutely horrible and I've filed a complaint with my insurance company. My appointment was at 9:45pm, I arrived early and was shown to my room. I then had to wait an hour to be seen by the technician to be fitted for all the equipment and even then they were not prepared because he was in and out of other rooms collecting the things he needed. I wasn't placed in bed until around 11:30pm. At this point I was restless and any desire to want to sleep was gone. The two techs fiddled with cables for a good while as i was in bed hooked up because something wasn't working and finally got it all working. Lights were finally off at midnight and even then i could barely get sleep. The room was freezing and the technician was kind enough to give me to extra blankets throughout my "sleep" but even then i was very uncomfortable. I was woken up 2 or 3 times so he could check equipment. I was woken up at 6am. I'd be surprised at this point if they were able to get any REM sleep or proper readings after this fiasco. I don't know if it was an off night or they were full of people doing sleep studies (i honestly didn't see any other patients there though) but, for my first sleep study experience this was completely unacceptable to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes from my appointment time to be able to sleep for the study. I won't be returning or referring anyone to this facility."

"I was referred by my doctor to Advantage for a sleep study. The facility was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. The technician who conducted the sleep study was great and made me comfortable. I unfortunately forget her name. After learning I needed a machine, I returned to Advantage. Ginny explained the machine, it's use and capabilities. She was professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything and fitted me for a mask. It was comfortable and I left with everything I needed, equipment and it's operation."
