"Do not see the nurse practitioner named Clarissa Moncton. I have seen her multiple times and every time she is condescending. It is a fight to get antibiotics from her even after she admits to seeing an active infection on my exam. This last visit was the last straw. She forgot to call in my meds to the pharmacy, I spoke to a nurse to say I was still very sick and needed the meds called in. Then Clarissa called me to leave a condescending message that she never recommended any meds when we had actually discussed them at length . This explains why she has so many appointments available every day. I will happily pay urgent care feeds before I ever go to her again for a sick appointment."

"The front end staff could really care less about customer service or patients. The check in kiosk does not work and Noone bothers to tell you until you walk up to the desk 45 mins later and they flippantly tell you it only works sometimes. Dr was 50 minutes behind schedule but I sat in the waiting for an hour and 15 mins before even going back. Jefferson! You can do better than that!"

"Love my doctor BUT staff is cold and miserable! Feels as though they could care less about the patients. The (ineffctive) mask mandate is pathetic too as I have witnessed the staff unmasked."

"Tried to make an appointment and can only be done through tele visit. We are almost 3 years in to COVID and were still doing tele visits only. I've done the tele visits before and wound up at urgent care because I was misdiagnosed through tele visit and cost me over $100 due to the copay for tele visit and then copay for urgent care. Lasti time I checked you can't look in someone's ears, throat, listen to their chest through the phone/computer. Then Drs wonder why people put off going to them. Just out for the money and not the patients. Why be a Dr if you are afraid of getting sick since I was told its the Drs rules to not see anyone with certain symptoms. It's absolutely ridiculous at this point I will be looking for another Dr. that is not afraid to see their patients in person."
