"Overall the experience with the center is ok, I think their is a lot of room for improvement. The medical team definitely could use improvement, I call for something and I am told they will pass the message on. Most of the time I have to call back for an answer. I just cancelled the aids coming into my home, I feel it’s not worth the hassle they give me for my dog, is ridiculous, but I understand some people are afraid of animals. The aids that come for home care is a joke, 15 minutes and there out of here. So at this point I will care for my own husband. I am sure my surgeon will not be happy, but I’m doing this for my own peace of mind. It’s a shame about Isabel retiring. She was one of your best and so isCarol a real gem as well and I’m missing one that is #1 on my list!"

"They are consistent and helpful in the social worker department, I have good experience with them, but medical care department is kind of slow and poor. They take too long to get back to you and sometimes can’t even give you the right answer. The nurse staff they have coming to the houses are not very well trained and make a lot of mistakes. My father has been waiting for his dentures to be fixed for almost 2 years now and he can’t even eat right."
