"I am not sure what kind of drivers you hire but today my mother asked a driver to please move the truck a little bit so she could park. This Spanish driver pretended to not know Spanish and then my mother asked her in English and this lady began cursing my mother off in Spanish and English. Telling her she is not going to let anybody boss her around. My mother became nervous and could not understand how this woman can be a driver and how she can possibly drive kids around. My mother drove away because she was not going to argue with this women. Parents please be aware of this Spanish driver. If she is this nasty to someone being polite asking her a question then I can’t imagine how she treats kids."

"It seems like the drivers do not always know their routes. Pick up drop off times vary and are not always consistent. The buses often leave early and my kids miss the bus home from school. My kids are often late for school because the driver does not know his route well. The drivers are not always fluent in English. There is no control over the kids on the bus. Many of the kids are loud, noisy, and rude. They take up seats on the bus with their back backs and do not allow other kids to sit during the bus rise."

"A small yellow school bus, NJ license plate S1-R158, with kids on board, rolled through a stop sign in Hackensack today at around 1:20 pm and cut me off. He or she immediately merged onto Rt 4 East, cutting off cars in the left lane. Then the bus took off, exceeding the speed limit. I would NEVER allow my kid to be transported anywhere after seeing this."

"Rude driver. Sitting at a corner making a LEGAL left in front of Englewood Hospital when one of your drivers with a bus full of children attempt to make an ILLEGAL right turn in front of me and proceeds to scream and yell. Again she did this with bus full of children. Think seriously about using this service. It appears their drivers are poorly trained and not qualified to drive a bus. Even a small one."

"Montessori School We have always received an excellent service from Rainbow Transportation. We understand that drivers change and we can't expect to have the same driver all the time. They have always been courteous and on time. Very accommodating to our needs and our changing schedule. Thank you!"
