"This company lied to me from the beginning. They quoted me 325.00 and through my own research I realized they were going to charge me three times that upon delivery. They had plenty of opportunity to pick up the vehicle and even told me they had picked up the vehicle. I am so frustrated that I am going to pick up the vehicle myself. I have filed a dispute and intend contacting the BBB. Frauds."
"I signed a contract with them for $295 to transport my car from Pennsylvania to my home in Florida. After 4 days with no contact from them I told them to either transport my car or give my deposit of $100 back to me. Then they told me there was a driver shortage and it was going to be $995 to transport my car. I told them I wanted my money back and they said by the contract I signed I would be forfeiting my deposit if I canceled the contract. I told them I would be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. About 5 days later I got my deposit back. I will never do business with auto transport people again."
