"Like so many businesses today its not about what can they do for you....but what you can do for them. I reached out to them to have a car picked up in Si Carolina and delivered to Calif. I specified door to door. That means that the car gets loaded with others in such a way that it never gets moved during the journey. Vehicles can suffer countless injuries in that process. ANTHONY, who is their KEY agent, assured me that would be the case. WRONG. Instead, my 40K dollar Impala was loaded onto a "Cattle Car" with 8 other vehicles that were picked up earlier at a Mecum Auction in Fla. My car was offloaded EVERY time a car was dropped off. Today when it arrived 6 cars had to be offloaded before mine. The driver was Serbian or Russian and barely spoke english. In addition I did not know he was coming until the night before and then not until he was 15 minutes out. It took him an hour each way...an hour to unload, and hour to reload. My car was dirty and wet as we had torrential rains the night before. I paid for "enclosed" transport. Their like tents not hard enclosures. They treated me like kitchen help. When Id try to reach "Anthony" id get shuffled over to some Middle eastern operator with a chicken crowing in the background or someone else with an accent I could not understand. Its a different world out there now folks. Service has an entire now meaning now. Be careful who you trust. Ultimate claims they are "World Famous". Yeah? But for what?"
