"I have been both a patient and a person who drove another patient. As a spectator I watched Matt working with various patients. He treated each one as if they were the most important person there. He had compassion but made sure the work was being done. As a family member, Matt kept me informed as to how things were going and discussed the other health issues that were effecting the progress. Within the facility there was always a lot of chatter among both patients and therapists. There was laughter and everyone seemed happy. When I became a patient, I found that everything I had seen from Matt was true. He pushed me, knew when I could do more and when I couldn't. I felt as though he was not necessarily a therapist but more like a friend. He cares about his patients and makes you feel as though you are his only concern when you are there. I would recommend Excel here in Wall to anyone."
