"If I could have given Dawn Gadon APN a zero star i would have. I have been a patient of Dr. Piccone for several years now and he is fabulous but unfortunately he is out of the office right now and I was forced to see his nurse practitioner Dawn Gadon. She was the most unprofessional practitioner that I have ever encountered in my life and I am an ICU RN of 15 years. Her demeanor was cold, condescending, and belittling from the start of our tele health video appointment. I suffer from anxiety and depression and simply needed a refill on my medications. She refused to do this and told me that I seemed frustrated and actually hung up on me when I told her i no longer wished to continue with her as I felt humiliated. I will be filing a formal complaint with the office manager and requesting my copay back as she did not help me. Shame on you Dawn"
