"If I could give dr. Tara bullock -0 stars I would. She didn’t listen to my problem and didn’t write me an mri for my issue either. Now I can still be searching for other doctors to care for my issue. And I will be contacting the joint commission. TODAY!!!"
"I gave that one start cus the Dr. Herself was good. However, all the stuff are horrible. They good for no help. I was taking my kids there both toddlers, new in school. Always getting sick etc. They were giving me hard time on giving my kids Dr note. Plus they never wanted to see my children once I said my son was sick, keep recommending me to take them in urgent care. Honestly, I have never seen a pediatrician who doesn’t see the kids immediately knowing they having issues. I was always turned down. Never going back there for any reasons. My last strike when they didn’t want to give my son a flu shoot in the office, saying they don’t do that in there office. I know for a fact they do cus they gave one of my other son flue shoot few weeks prior to that incident. All bunch of careless stuff in there. Dr is good as I mentioned but she seems to be always unavailable. Well found my kids the best Pediatric now and she’s always available and her stuffs are amazing."
"The one star is for the office staff Dawn and Tracy for being diligent and kind. Just saw Dr. Edward Lee for the first time since my doctor there left and he was horrible. Very unhelpful and was told “sorry I’m new to the area and don’t have great recommendations.” I was there for headaches & dizziness and he didn’t give me any resources for anything, no medicine for pain, nor has helped me get an appointment with any specialist. I was there for 2 hours and treated like a psycho for having headaches and dizziness and recommended to a psychiatrist!!! (At the time I was on prednisone and he knew this- not once did he try to suggest prednisone was heightening the anxiety he thought I had. Well, I’m off prednisone and no more anxiety. Go figure, I just needed a doctor to explain that). I was in so much pain after I left that the next morning I went to the ER. A CT scan confirmed MRI needed (NOT anxiety go figure) BUT he never followed up even after I sent over the CT from hospital. I made a Telenealth appt, with Dr. Bullock, who was kind and not insulting but very unhelpful and again did not try to get me into a neurologist, did not prescribe anything for my pain, did not discuss prednisone to me, and has yet to provide me with any actual information or solution. When I went to call either doctor again because I went to the hospital and they said follow up with him, I was told nobody could help me because there are “no doctors in the office” and have yet to receive a call back. That was 4 days ago. I’ve been going to that practice for years but will not be back."
"I have been a patient here for over 16 years. I didn't complain when they changed hands the first couple of times, and procedures changed, No problem. I didn't complain when my doctor was never in the office and I had to see the nurse practitioner, No problem. When I had to deal with their petty rules I didn't complain, No problem. But my recent experience has truly made me angry. I called my doctor's office and spoke to the nurse practitioner and told her my symptoms and could I come in and be checked out. She rattled off a bunch of symptoms to which I told her no I was not experiencing not 1 of them. I told her I had some pain in my jaw line and some neck pain a few days before, perhaps my glands and she told me to go to ER. I asked her why I could not come in to the office and she said since I have a history of high blood pressure that it could be problems with my heart and I should go to the ER. I conceded, and asked if I could just go to Urgent Care. Again, she insisted that I go to ER because only there could they perform the proper tests. At this point I don't agree with her but I am now scared to death thinking I may have some type of heart condition. I was in pain, scared and not sure which way to turn. I couldn't believe I was being turned away from my doctor's office. I decided to contact my benefits person to at least see what I was in for financially if I went to ER. I told her what had been said to me and she told me that was ludicrous! After all, she said, that is the reason you have a PCP and the reason they have urgent care facilities. Now I'm starting to think I am not so crazy. I spoke to a couple more people who all thought this situation was way too much. Finally I decided to go to Patient First and find out what was actually going on with me. There the doctor listened to my symptoms, did an exam, and ran tests to determine that I had an infection. How about that a simple infection! No heart problems!! Imagine my relief! So thanks for nothing Inspira Medical Group. You should be ashamed of yourself turning your patient away. And why was that?? Because you had no idea what to do or what the problem was? Maybe you just didn't want to have to see yet another patient that day? I don't know and I don't care! All I care about is the insensitivity I received from a nurse practitioner who obviously has no clue how to have compassion."
