Purchased a bike for our daughter and had dropped my sons bike off for maintenance. So happy with our purchase and experience! We ran into a snag using a VISA gift card payment and the staff were helpful and made you feel comfortable while they went above and beyond to try to fix the issue. Offered to use a different payment method but they wanted to try to accommodate and help us. Will definitely be back for the rest of the family and would highly recommend this shop for purchases and repairs."
"Awesome experience, just got into mountain biking, and usually a big DIY'er. Purchased a used bike off marketplace that needed some work, every time I went in the guys working there took there time out to help me, and answer any question I had. Eventually ended up dropping my bike off there after I couldn't figure out the problem I had going on with my hydraulic brakes. They fixed it promptly, and the prices weren't bad at all. Wish I would';ve just given it to them right off the rip."
"I will not return to this place, the maintenance price is not agreed to the service, I took my bicycle and chain with little lubrication, the sprockets without lubrication, dirty bicycle when in other places for maintenance they deliver it clean, I definitely did not like the service provided"
