"Every time I visit this shop there are changes and I don’t mean good ones. Prices constantly rising and amazes me the rationale behind it. Cigars for $12 here but are $10 at numerous other shops. Last time I went in and found out the points/rewards program was gone. I would not recommend this cigar shop for cigar smokers whether new or veteran ones. Only great thing about this shop is the gentleman Warren who works during the daytime. Very friendly and knowledgeable. But please avoid this place at all costs. Hard earned money can be spent at much better cigar shops. Update: 8/29/2023 at 2:57pm The response from the owner (who has been very rude to many patrons of her establishment) below is part of the reason this shop has lost many customers. Great staff but horrible ownership. Look at the response to criticism from a customer. Reviews are to help make improvements and not lash out at a customer because you don’t like their opinion of their establishment. I understand the point of rising costs but I will assume your costs are rising faster than every other shop within a 5-10mile radius of your establishment. And as a consumer we all know that once you raise prices you will never bring them down that’s the point of capitalism. But please work on your people skills. And you do not need to know my name but I have been a frequent consumer if this shop through 3 different ownerships you being the third. And from owner 1 to 2 it got better and from 2 to 3 it went down. So before lashing out at a customer, take a long hard look in the mirror."

"This place is OK. It’s right next to my house so it’s convenient. I have to see the two people that work there really friendly overall not the worst not the best."

"Nice place. No judgement of people. TV is always on so you can change the channel if anyone desires. You can stay a while or take something to go. Earn points to add them up for discounts. Play dominoes and chess or bring your playing cards. No illegal gambling ."
