"Terrible service. JB HUNT TRANSPORT INC. They have repeatedly claimed to attempt delivery but then claim we missed them. Today again for the third time did not call us (I even added a second phone number to make sure), did not try to press the call button at the service entrance, contact he door man, contact the mail room. If i knew Home Depot had such poor delivery services I would not have made the order and wasted three weeks on this build timeline. Order number WE17509557 in case you want to find the truck driver."

"First time customer of JB Hunt, and I have to say I’m very impressed. They stayed in contact through setting up delivery via email and text. On delivery day the driver called me 30 minutes before delivery. Upon arrival they moved my purchase to the room I wanted and put everything together and answered all questions I had about how to adjust things. Very friendly and professional!"
