"I made an appoint on ZocDoc for a Saturday at 11:45am. I received a co formation by email after booking. I received a phone call day before. I also received a text message 1 hour before appointment. I walk into the Howell office I asked the receptionist for sign in board and got an attitude I was told to write the time of 11:30 (which it was I was early) I proceed to tell the woman I have a 11:45 appointment and she said we don’t accept appointments on Saturday!!!!!!!!! I said I made an appointment and was told it doesn’t matter. Someone walked in at 11:48 and the patient was told they would NOT see the doctor. She wasn’t accepting more patients. What is going on in the Howell office!!!!!!"
