"The absolute worst doctor’s visit I have ever experienced in my entire life. I’m not exaggerating either. From the second I walked into the office to the second I walked out. I waited an HOUR & A HALF from my initial scheduled time to be seen by the doctor. Not once did anyone even apologize or even explain why such a long wait. They do not value your or your time. Please do yourself a favor and never go here. I promise you will not regret it!"

"Everyone is very nice, Dr Patel is wonderful. They explained everything to me and my husband. The only thing I didn't care for was making the 1st appt, it was a big run around. Once your established, you can request appts on the app. I highly recommend this urology practice."

"Dr had cancelled my husbands appointment without us knowing. Didn’t find out until we showed up for the appointment (taking medicine for it snd everything). Came to the rescheduled appointment and Dr hasn’t even showed up. 7am appointment, we were the first patient of the day. After an hour of waiting still no Dr? I have a job and childcare i had to make arrangements for to make this appointment work. This dr has ZERO respect for his patients. Front desk lady was very courteous and understanding of my frustrations. Completely understand why this facility has a terrible rating. Dr’s suck."

"I have been a patient for over 10 years. If you would’ve asked me to review those past 10 years up until six months ago, I would give one star. But there is a new medical assistant named Jessica in the Voorhees office that I had the pleasure of meeting and now participating in my care. I was very pleased after I was able to meet her about 6 months ago at my follow up appointment for the first time. She goes above and beyond and works very hard. I’ve had to pleasure of having her as my medical assistant almost every time now when seeing Dr. Ackerman and she is the only person that will do my blood work. Both Dr. Ackerman and her are very thoughtful and caring. She always goes through my medical history and medications very thoroughly and will even get any missing test results that should’ve been received by the office, but never was. I never had any of the other medical assistants that I’ve had there in the past 10 years do this. I have been to the office a few times where I watched other people come in requesting to get blood work done and watch the front desk go back-and-forth asking staff if they can do it and she is the only one that ever comes out always smiling and helps that person. She makes you feel very comfortable and you can tell that she cares about her patients as a whole. She is also very knowledgeable about her job and knows her stuff and performs her job very well. I hope you treat her well and she does not go anywhere because she and Dr. Ackerman is one of the only reason I will remain with this practice. I must admit that I do get very nervous when coming back in for my appointments hoping that it will be her that opens that door to call me in to back. Maybe this organization would get better reviews if you started hiring more people like her."

"A procedure of mine was rescheduled waiting for test results. I was promised they would call me again in a few months to schedule the appointment. Three months later I called to schedule the appointment and was promised that they would call back. I called them five times of the following six weeks. Each time they said they were sending a “high priority” message to both the scheduler and their manager. They even used words like sorry and this is an understandably unacceptable delay. Well those actions and words don’t mean anything if I still don’t have my appointment scheduled seven weeks later."
