"Do not go! Worst experience. Wrong diagnoses for all 3 of my children. Ended up in the hospital hours later with my kids asking why on earth a doctor told my 1 year old he had an ear infection, when he didn’t and why he was on amoxicillin when he has the flu. I asked the doctor at Hackensack doesn’t he want to test my kids for covid or flu and he said no there’s no need. My other kids were given a steroid which the Monmouth hospital told me they shouldn’t have been on. I spent 3 days in the hospital due to this practice."

"I'm so glad I remembered that this urgent care. Though it wasn't the greatest circumstance to visit being under the weather, I'm so glad it was close enough for me to get seen by a doctor and treated. The facility is very clean along with the exam rooms are disinfected. I was greeted warmly by all the staff I interacted with. Even though they were packed on the day I was there, everyone showed care & compassion."

"EXCELLENT!!!!!! I visited this center over 3x's. The entire staff is wonderful from the time you walk in until you depart. They all genially care and want to make sure your questions are answered. Dr Rodger is AWESOME he had me in tears (of joy) SERIOUSLY!!! He truly cared about my health and spent the time to reassure all will be well. I am very happy with all my visits so far. I have decided to make HM my one stop shop for my medical needs."

"On the website, they claim they do blood work and X-rays, but they don’t. My visit with them was a waste of time for my upper respiratory infection. The doctor kept telling me I was fine when I told him I didn’t feel enough. The only way vitals they took from me were my temp, but they had blood pressure and heart rate noted on my chart. The doctor didn’t prescribe me anything, and barely even listened to my concerns. She didn’t even ask me the right type of questions. Left urgent care and went to the emergency room and was taken care of with everything. Never again will I visit that urgent care."

"Front staff is excellent. The doctor on call disregarded my concern of a sore throat. I came to assess if sore throat was strep. Correctly diagnosed as not strep. I returned home and went through 8 days of RSV and bedridden. Dr. Did not advise possible alternatives. Pretty clear my swollen throat was not normal. Age 70. RSV is serious."
