"Dr Abbas is a TERRIBLE PERSON! She was covering for my doctor today. I asked to speak to her, as I’m having some trouble with my asthma, and she refused to speak to me on the phone. She told her receptionist “Dr Abbas said if you need help, you need to go to the emergency room”. UNACCEPTABLE! I’m a serious asthmatic and she’d rather me go to the ER where Covid is rampant, then have a 5 min phone call with me. You should be ASHAMED IF YOURSELF DR ABBAS."

"I called up to get an appointment because I’m a new patient.. they said they will call me back but never did for months.. I believe they called me to schedule an appointment because of COVID19.. they sent me a prescription through email but I didn’t received it..I called up and asked them to resend it to me and they got mad and started screaming at me accusing me of lying when I told her that I only received one prescription she got upset me .. she said if I want it I have to come in.. not professional conduct they should really learn how to communicate and not scream at a customer on the phone."
