"What they need to do is all learn how to speak English because when you call there feels like you're calling to another country you hardly understand them when they should have English speaking people it is very annoying to be repeating yourself over three times and they still don't understand what you're saying and it makes it worse that you don't understand what they're saying so they need to fix that they need better English speaking people other than that I have no gripe with the agency I just do not understand what they are saying to me"

"No matter how many times I ask them not to call me, they call, multiple times a day about appointments I never booked. The one thing I needed the office to do, they never got done over 6 months. They absolutely do not care about their patients. No one in their office knows anything, they don't take proper notes; they bought out the doctor I was going to and replaced the office staff with people who don't know anything. Every time I spoke with them on the phone it was one lame excuse after another about why they had no notes about not calling me. They would even give my number to random people who would call me from their cell phones to try and reach me while I'm working. I took a vacation and called the office to let them know that I wouldn't be home to use the scale they gave me so there is no need to call and they still called while I was on vacation. I got calls from four different people, two from numbers I didn't recognize, over "not using a blood pressure" machine they never provided when my doctor didn't once tell me I had to monitor my BP. For two days I was dealing with it and I explained multiple times I was never given the machine! It's flat out abusive to treat people like this. DO NOT work with these people, there are many doctors in the are with kind, compassionate and competent staffs that you can work with in network. This companies offices failed on every level, I terminated the treatment with the doctors office. I just couldn't keep dealing with it and I doubt any sane person could."

The person who is the best at AZZ is Aiza Sajjad, she always respond back to emails in timely manners and always answer my questions throughly. Other than that the whole team is great."
