"I have been going to Health and Fitness Professionals in Freehold for a few years now and it has helped me incredibly. Jim is a great at figuring out exactly what the issue is and what the plan for treatment should be. Chris the chiropractor is amazing at introducing me to the adjustments that will offer the greatest relief from the constant tension and pressure I have in my neck and back areas. Sam who is in the office on Tuesdays is also very calming and relaxing as he offers both acupuncture and cupping services which I have come to enjoy and appreciate. Katie is also in the office from time to time and is one of the most attentive people with her patients that I have ever met. Stacy at the front desk tops off the entire experience by greeting you with a welcoming smile and great energy, all while making sure to stay on top of scheduling your appointments and also working with you to reschedule if you need to. Overall, if you ever need to see a physical therapist or even have any lingering or chronic pains you may want to get checked out, Health and Fitness Professionals in Freehold is the only place to go to get the best service and also a great atmosphere!"

He is kind and knowledgeable and gives treatment exercises to do at home. Chris is a terrific chiropractor and Sam is an excellent Acupuncturist. I'd recommend this office to anyone."
