"This place is deceptive, they make it seem as though they are a walk-in urgent care on their website but when you show up they turn you away! Very disappointing! The lady at the front desk was very rude! We walked in right as they opened, she said they were too busy but the waiting room was empty, she didnt even try to be helpful."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. We are from GA and staying with family in NJ and drove over 30 min away to come here only to be turned away. My daughter is so sick and they suggested we take her to lunch and come back later. They clearly have no idea what urgency means when it comes to sick children. Edit as response to PEDEMERGE’s response to me: We showed up before 10am and there was not a single person in the waiting room. We were told it would be 4 hours before we could get an appointment, not 1.5 hours as they claim. I don’t understand why you advertise as a walk-in clinic but then don’t actually accept walk-ins based on not just my experience but the experience of many others who left reviews. If I could have scheduled an appointment in advance, I would have, but that’s obviously not how it works when you are from out of town and have a sick child and don’t know they are going to be sick in advance. Either be a pediatric office with appointments only or advertise as a walk-in clinic and actually accept walk-ins, but you are clearly not succeeding at doing both."

"Do not have the saying Emerge in your name if you do not care one bit for the urgency of these little patients. I went this past Saturday to this supposed walk in Pedemerge in Manalapan with my twin 7 month old boys at 2pm when they close at 7pm and was told noone was able to see my babies. I was asked to come back the next day. I explained my babies had such bad congestion, green mucus was leaking out their eyes. The receptionist rudely repeated there was no open availability for my babies, with 5 hours left in the day. They don't even say hello or hi when you first walk in, they say sternly, "Name of patient?". Why say walk-in, if you need an appointment? False advertise much? I thought it was illegal to turn infants away? This place is looking for a real lawsuit! 0 stars, negative even! FYI, PM Pediatrics of Englishtown excepted my twins with open arms and said they'd never turn any babies away even a minute before closing! It's against their policy."

"I always rave about this place...well not today. My daughter’s tonsil was inflamed and she was in tears and could not swallow. I arrived 30 min before closing and was told the doctor was too busy with sports physicals to see her. So they trumped sick which is why you go to the doctor in the first place! So disappointed."

"My wife and I were at the front desk with vomit on us and an inconsolable baby and told us it would be a two hour wait. My daughter was clearly in distress and they didn’t care. As a health care professional myself this is NOT ok. For a place that advertises as a pediatric emergency clinic and urgent care to tell a 16 month old that needs immediate care to wait 2 hours in NOT good practice of medicine. As a response to your last response: You didn’t offer anything as we were told it could be up to a two hour wait. No parent would risk waiting around when you had us wait the last time we were there 2 hours when we did have an appointment. As an urgent care it’s OBVIOUS we wouldn’t have an appointment. Who knows when an emergency will present itself?! If your going to be an urgent clinic have the ability to care for emergency’s."
