"I was blown away just simply blown away by the customer service here in this place. Wow!!! I came here after trying out different bike shops, and here i was hooked from the start. They treat you with respect and teach you everything there is to know about bikes. What bike is for your needs and what you should look at instead of just trying to sell you the most expensive bike they really want to know what you are looking for a tech you what's best for you. Besides the real kindness, they deal with people was just amazing. The calmness they explained everything was really awesome! Real gentleman with great knowledge"

"I’m not sure why but they charged me 24 dollars for a bike tool I found on Amazon for 10.95. The staff was nice but I thought to myself… If they charge me over twice the price for this small thing.. how much more are big ticket items?? I considered buying a Kona Sutra from them but after this experience I’d be reluctant to even ask. Maybe I can order one online and pay another bike shop to assemble it?? Update: They offered a price match after I posted this so that gets them two more stars.. I’ll skip the trip for 10 plus bucks and just eat it but still can’t shake the feeling of disappointment. Really wanted to like this place and recommend it since it’s close to my house. Wouldn’t be fair not to give them a balanced review though. Staff was friendly and helpful and someone told me all the bike shops around here have specialities and theirs is bikepacking. They told me they carry more panniers and packs than other places so that’s a plus."

"Kyle & the crew over at Belmar have always been incredibly hospitable & extremely knowledgeable. I am on my 3rd bike from this shop, and I won’t go anywhere else. "Wow, what a great buying experience! Even though they are a bit far from me, Kyle and the shop are easily worth the drive! Knowledgeable and experienced with the components they sell and recommend, and very fair pricing. Kyle doesn't nickel and dime you for every little change unlike other shops I've been too. He understands customer service and looks at the bigger picture. There are other bikes I am interested in and you can be sure BBS will be my first stop! Kyle, took my SB100 out for a ride today. Excellent job with the build and everything was setup perfectly! Great job guys!"
