"It's hard to find a good doctor, but I can't recommend the staff at this facility enough! Dr. Hup and the staff here are amazing. It's the reason despite moving 30-40 minutes north, I will still make the drive down to this office to receive care. With most doctors I feel like I'm being rushed in and out. I often leave with unanswered questions or concerns because the doctor didn't allow time for me to ask questions or I felt like I was troubling the doctor due to the urgency in his or her demeanor. All in all, it's usually a less than stellar experience, but more a chore to seek care. I've had the privilege of having Summit Medical at Bridgewater as my primary care facility for more than 4 years now and have never once left feeling that way. I've seen a variety of doctors at this facility and they've all been incredible. I always leave with peace of mind that all my questions and concerns were answered and knowing exactly what I need to do after my appointment. In the event that I forget something I usually get a very timely response when reaching out via the online portal or phone. I can't express how grateful I am for the amazing care and treatment I've received here over the years. Thank you to all the doctors and staff here!"

"One of the doctors here is a caring doctor but is reluctant to give out referrals for specialists. I am also very unhappy with the office staff. They made multiple mistakes with referrals, which I need to see specialists. I ended up having to fight with my insurance company who billed me out of network for in network specialist, because summit medical group didn't do the referrals properly and on time. I ended up laving this practice because my care was severely delayed due to waiting around for referrals. I had to call multiple times about the same referral and spent hours on the phone sorting out the mess up. It has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience."
