"I have visited this urgent center multiple times over the years, and I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. During my most recent visit, I was feeling unwell and left without receiving any instructions for my cough from the doctor. I later spoke with Peggy, who informed me about an over-the-counter medication that interacts with my current medications. She claimed that the doctor had told me about it, even though she was not present during the consultation. She put me on hold and reviewed my chart, but it seemed like she didn't want to be bothered and instead redirected me to contact my specialist. In addition while I was waiting to be seen, I overheard the staff making follow up calls to other patients. While I home it made me question why I was treated differently, especially since I had paid my copay just like everyone else. I didn’t cause any issues. It is crucial for your staff to learn how to treat everyone equally, regardless of their circumstances. It would have been appreciated to receive a check-in call, especially considering my diagnosis. I have decided that I will not be returning to this urgent care."
