"I went through a rigorous 4-wk program at shantigram which included daily treatment, diet and medication. The place was maintained very clean and the staff was very professional. In terms of the treatment, I went in to treat body pains (neck & shoulder), migraines and insomnia but the only improvement was with my insomnia. I am now able to sleep better and feel well rested. However, there is no improvement with my body pains and migraine. And that is why i am rating this a 3-star. Please note that the treatment and medication are very expensive and is not covered by insurance (which i knew before starting the treatment), but hopefully others find this info useful."
