"Dr. Iqbal Singh has taken exceptional care of me and my family for the past 30 years and has truly been our angel. "This practice was previously owned by Dr. Iqbal Singh and was sold to two other physicians, but name Dr. Patel. The patient care, personalization and continuity of care since Dr. Singh has sold her practice to Dr. Patel has completely diminished. The first impression any organization Karen is curt, abrasive, unwelcoming, lacks patience (which is needed always, but especially in a practice with a more senior demographic of the patient’s.). Karen shows bias and disregard to minority patient’s, but dares not does display that same animus to those classified as Indians, as that is the demographic of the owner’s of the practice so therefore, she shows restraint in that regard. There may be some added value Karen may offer this practice, but front desk management is not where she served this practice well. I have been a patient of Dr. Singh for at least 18-20 years and I have never felt more uncomfortable and such anxiety calling or visiting my doctor office, because I do not want to have to be ‘handled’ by Karen the receptionist. I doubt the new owners (the Patel’s) care of about a single patient’s experience, but I hope that other minority patient’s either directly speak with them or write reviews. At 60+ years old, starting over with a new physician is not ideal and I hope at some point I will not have to. Ilene, was the previous office manager or receptionist who had an exceptional bedside manner and was extremely professional and pleasant. Perhaps that would be a great first step at a reset and realignment of what was once a great Internist family practice."

"I had really good clinical exposure in the clinic. I learned the ways to approach and communicate effectively with patients. There are different doctors in the clinic, which I personally think is the plus point as I could interact with each of them and learn different styles from them. I enjoy learning and working with awesome people there!"

"The experiences that I have had at this clinic were all pleasant. I felt like I was being treated in a professional matter where my concerns were being heard. There are short wait times since appointments are always made. The medical assistants are also kind and helpful. They care about patients and have helped resolve problems that I have had. It may seem complicated having 4 different doctors in one clinic but they all work together as a uniform team to help their patients. I have loved going there for myself and am truly thankful for their support and fair treatment. I highly recommend the is clinic!"
