"Had an appointment set for 4 pm. Liz took great care of me and made sure everything was good. Honestly im a little scared of needles but she helped me make sure it would be alright. Great service and assistance. I would love to go back just for Liz !!!"

"PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS !!!!! wish there was a way to give a 0 star. ive never even written one of these but it’s definitely necessary this place has been consistently horrendous everytime i have gone. i had a rapid covid test come back positive, made an APPOINTMENT for 3:00 pm ended up waiting to even enter the building at 5:05 and when i finally got out it was 5:30 , now i would totally understand the wait if it was a walk in but it wasnt it was an appointment. whats the point in making an appointment if its not even really an appointment its a glorified walk in, not to mention the horrible attitudes the 2 ladies gave at the front desk. im a younger person and i hate karens and this is a very karen thing to do. but its genuinely very frustrating, my dad called out sick today to take me to this appointment because both me and my mother are sick which means he has full responsibility of my high energy and autistic younger brother. by having appointments its supposed to make it easier, instead this place made us wait . after we made an appointment for a specific time, why even have the option to make an appointment if you obviously can not hold your end of the deal to the time given to the patient. not to mention letting a person who possibly has a covid sit in a car with the last healthy person in the family, not only risks for the others health. but also your patients . such a disregard for general health is honestly just disappointing. be better."

"We drove from an hour away because when we called them, they said that they were accepting walk-ins, but when we reached there today, they said they were only taking patients with an appointment. Both my wife and I have covid symptoms . Shame on these folks, at least have the decency to change your announcements on phone if you aren’t accepting walk-in patients anymore.like a lot of other urgent care centers in the country, seems like this establishment is also in the business just to make money on the expense of patients welfare. Shame on you folks, during a pandemic you are still prioritizing profits over patients."

"Made an appointment at 11pm for what I thought was 8:10 the next morning. I arrived at 8 and checked in, then waited in my car at 8:35. I checked in again with the front desk and they decided to tell me then that they couldn’t find my appointment. I showed them a confirmation and their website booked me for 8:10 am the previous day. Which genuinely makes no sense. I showed her I booked at 11pm and she said I’d still have to wait as a walk in and there were 5 people in front of me. Be cautious of their appointment booking system. I’m normally a very patient person but I booked an appointment so I could get to work on time."

"Dr. Divino and staff are fantastic, sincere, and eager to assist you. All staff so incredibly helpful and nice. Dr. Divino is a terrific doctor with a wonderful bedside manner and sense of humor, putting the patient at ease immediately. She is very knowledgeable with obvious years of experience. I received great care at this facility and cannot imagine going anywhere else."
