From the moment I stepped into the center, I knew I was in good hands. The entire experience, from the expertise of my therapist to the ambiance of the facility, exceeded my expectations. My therapist, Curt, played an instrumental role in my physical recovery.. His guidance, support, and personable nature made such a difference in the rehabilitation process. Curt struck the perfect balance between encouraging me to push a little harder and taking it easy/knowing when to rest.. He provided valuable insights and instructions for exercises that I could continue at home, ensuring a seamless continuation of my progress beyond the therapy sessions. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional cleanliness and brightness of the center. The center maintains a pristine environment, which played a significant role in creating a positive and sanitary atmosphere. Exercise can be a grimy business, as many of us who have been to fitness centers know all too well: It was refreshing to be in a space that was so well- maintained, contributing to an overall sense of well-being during the sessions. A unique feature of the center is its location across from the Fanwood train station. As I performed my exercises, I had the opportunity to observe the foot traffic, dog walkers, and commuters passing by. The view added a pleasant distraction (those exercises can be tough!) to my rehabilitation routine, making it, dare I say, rather enjoyable. On another note, I appreciated the selection of music that played in the background. Who doesn’t love seventies and eighties hits? These great tunes further enhanced the overall experience, creating a positive and energizing atmosphere. Bravo to whomever chooses the music there! What else remains to be said? Wonderful staff, great location, and plenty of parking in the rear. Overall, my experience at Kessler Rehabilitation was exceptional.
