"Tried reaching my aunt who just gave birth and had covid. They did not allow her nor her husband to leave. They did not give them a single charger for their phones the whole day. We tried reaching her through this number which they used to communicate with us and when I asked to speak to them, I was transferred to someone else. Before I even began talking, lady began yelling through the phone saying that there is absolutely no way they could help me. And saying that they will hang up and to not even call again. I explained the situation and the lady was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. I just needed to know when I could go to the hospital to drop off some things to her and her husband, like a charger and some necessities like a toothbrush and clothes. However, I did not get to speak because the lady kept yelling over me and saying she’ll hang up over until the lady actually did. There was no reason for the yelling but could’ve instead just simply explained their information but I did not even get that. When we called again, we did not get transferred again but we let them know how rude they were. New lady said they offered chargers to their patients and laughed in a mocking way and was snappy as well but when my aunt finally called us back through the same number (they went to wake her up it seems) she said that noone had given them a charger even when they asked. They were so rude and this is a hospital. They should value their patients above everything. Even if they couldn’t disclose info, they should not have responded and reacted in that manner especially when I was not rude at all when I did not even have the chance to speak. I definitely don’t recommend this place to new mothers. Find better hospitals where they value their patients above everything else."
