"I wish this had the option for no starts because the lack of parent/accommodations this program has or should I say doesn't have is ridiculous. When a parent goes to the executive director for a simple request after having to endure such inconvenience through out the entire school year and being completely disregarded is unbelievable. Lack of communication and understanding for the parents and children is not acceptable. What the executive director finds acceptable is being accommodating to the staff and not the parents or the children. Never returning or recommendating anyone to this program while under the management of the current executive director Ms. Tajudeen!!!!"
"My co-worker's are wonderful but management are all over the place and they have no idea what they are doing. There no support for the teachers and the buildings are not kept clean Teachers have no prep.time because the children leave at the same time as the teachers. The head start is open all yaer leaving no break for the teachers. Mean while other head start have a week for Christmas, a week for spring and two more weeks during the summer."
