"Psychiatric and Behavioral Health Solutions is truly a breath of fresh air in a field that's oversaturated with healthcare professionals who often care more about their egos than the well being of their patients. The office staff at PBHS is always friendly, professional, and attentive. They take the time to get to know the patients and have gone out of their way to help me many times. The same can be said of the medical staff at PBHS. They are knowledgeable, patient orientated, and compassionate in every way. I have had particularly excellent experiences with Mary Richardson, APN and Francis Burns, APN. They took me in when I was at my worst and quite literally saved my life. I am now thriving on the regiment of medication they designed for me. For that reason it saddens me deeply that I can only give them 4 stars, but I am committed to honesty in these reviews. My experience as a self pay patient was not the best. I quickly became aware that the staff were only willing to help me so much when they offered me sliding scale pricing for 2 months and then abruptly began to charge me full price (without letting me know beforehand) for my visits. Their self pay pricing is apparently absolute and non-negotiable. I also realized early on that although they will allow you to make payments on your balance, it must be paid in full before they will allow you to make another appointment. Although I think the world of PBHS, I cannot in good conscience recommend them for cash patients, however, if you have a premium insurance, PBHS should be the first place you contact if you are struggling with your mental health."

"Dr. Budoff is an excellent psychiatrist. He is very knowledgeable concerning medications and really cares about his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Budoff’s for many years, and he always takes the time to listen and collaborate on the course of action. He offers his recommendations on the best medications but supports the patient’s ultimate decision. He is intelligent, kind, thoughtful, professional, and respectful. I have had other psychiatrists while in treatment facilities or programs, but none have been of the caliber of Dr. Budoff. He is also an avid skier as am I and he always asks me about my latest ski adventures. He truly cares about his patients and their well-being. He is the best!"
