"I was seen on Thursday for the first time at this office by Dr. Patel and refills were ordered which included my much needed blood pressure mds. It is now Saturday and office closed till Monday..AND NO MEDS WERE EVER CALLED IN TO MY PHARMACY..IRRESPONSIBLE..I will not be returning..."

"Save yourself and don’t come here, it’s clear this entire chain now called Optum is awful, but if you must come here some place are better than others, this one is one of the worst I’ve been too. I have Covid, I’m pain, had an appointment, been waiting 1 hour in the waiting room. A doctor came out to talk to someone and he looks like half dead himself and so dirty! His white top is all dirty brown stains all over, it’s pretty gross, you are supposed to be very clean and the place should be sterile it’s a clinic! How can you be this dirty ?! Absolutely disgusting, plus it’s freezing in the waiting room, one hour of freezing over here, let’s see how much longer I’ll be here, I’ll edit this when don’t, but already I’m disgusted."

"Today will be my last time coming to this place. My 16 month old son had an appointment this morning and when we arrive there the receptionist at the front desk wasn't welcoming at all. She was on the phone and wouldn't when put the call on hold to attend to us. Then when she finally does with her nasty attitude tells us that we have to get masks. We forgot to bring masks and whenever I went to other doctor's offices they have kindly provided some with no problem. So I asked if she or the MA was going to provide she in her nasty ghetto attitude told my husband and I that we had to go and get it from outside. I literally had to go and hunt down a store to go get a mask cuz she wasn't able to provide us with one. Very unprofessional. Being a former Receptionist myself I would've never treated a patient like that. She wasn't welcoming. I rather go to Riverside in Hoboken where they treat their patients with respect."

"I was disgusted even to stand in the waiting room. The dirtiest dr office I have even seen. I was scared how the rest looks… looks same as waiting room. Sooo disgusting. Dirty… I did not want to put my baby down. The beds are dirty, paper was changed but the bed, the wall horrible. I was worried my baby touch anything. Doctor’s office should have cleaning service. Just imagine that all bacterias are there bc no one clean it ever. Plus the nurse did not wash the hands and did not have gloves while giving the vaccine."

"The receptionists are amazing - helpful and friendly. I was at the therapist's appointment - I was dissatisfied because it seemed that the doctor was not interested in the patient, in my problems with which I came. On my second visit, he did not look up from the phone (he read something there on the Internet). Both appointments were conducted with an intern."
