"Great Urgent care Service (Spring Valley Location). I’ve been there several times. The waiting is never long. (That can be difficult when you’re sick. ). The waiting area, bathrooms and doctors’ office are always clean. They have hot beverages in the waiting area. The staff at the front desk and the doctors are professional and courteous. The staff that calls about test results are polite and empathetic as well. Would definitely recommend."

"I am giving these 5 stars to Yesenia, medical representative at the front desk. She is very pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting lab results for my son. Yesenia called me several times to give me updates on the status of the labs and she kept apologizing for the delay from the lab. She is courteous, professional and a great asset to your facility."

"Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely young lady and she quickly took all the information she needed from me. I may have waited 10 minutes before I was called into exam room 4 and the nurse checked my vitals and immediately did a rapid and pcr test. She was very gentle but thorough administering the tests. The doctor came in and gave me my results and suggested medication and also home remedies which is always helpful. More doctors should be like her. Thank you for a great experience"

"This is one of the best urgent care centers I have ever been to. From the moment I walked in, it was clean and quiet. The receptionist (Yesenia) was very helpful and polite. The doctor was amazing as well. I didn't wait long and didn't feel rushed. I received a call today from there with test results. I love the promptness.
