"If I could give 0 starts I would of the personal at the front desk are extremely rude they don’t even answer when fist come and great them Very missable people and the number you call For appointments they hang up the phone on you they are very unprofessional I just wish they would change the whole staff here it’s a shame. "This is not a review of the Doctor, nurses, and office staff. They are all very good. However, patients can have a very poor experience because reaching the staff, for any need, is almost impossible. Optum has made the phone service even worse than Caremount, if that's possible!"

"I had an appointment for 5 months to have a laser procedure. They called to confirm the appointment and then left a message on Friday to cancel the following Monday morning appointment. I called the number they left 6 times and waited for 12-15 minutes each time only to be disconnected. I finally called another branch who told me the office would be closed on Monday which was quite different than the message they left that as said their Yak laser was not available. I will be looking for a new ophthalmologist!! Disgraceful!!!"

"Rescheduled me 3x without my notice, leaving me to take personal days and not be seen or consulted for when would be a good time to reschedule. First time is understandable (they had my old number). The second time there I requested to update my number . No such thing was done. After the follow up was already later than normal due to vacation days(they need breaks too) I was uniformed of my rescheduling when I arrived for my appointment. If we as customers have to give 24hrs notice I would like equal notice via a call. Not an email that looks like spam without human interaction. If there were any specialists remotely closer to me in the same field I would look elsewhere."

"Dr. Katherine Ma and Dr. Russinoff are amazing orthopedists/surgeons! I have recommended this practice to many people from previous experiences and it was the only place I'd go to have my own injury evaluated/treated. I highly recommend these two providers! I had an appointment with Dr. Ma today - she has a wonderful, professional bedside manner! She is very smart and is able to communicate in an easy to understand way. She took time to sit with me and I left relieved with her recommendations. Hopefully I won't need to visit an orthopedist again, but if I ever do I would drive a goo distance to be seen by one of the doctors in this group!"
