"Made an appointment in October the earliest appointment available was on November 28, 2022. The appointment was canceled and changed to December 28, 2022. Received a call 30 minutes before the appointment that I needed to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Reschedule for December 30, 2022. I received a text message to begin my check-in process. I filled in the information and provided all my details including my insurance details. I get to the appointment only for them to tell me they don’t take my insurance. While I provided the details via the phone and added them to my pre-checking request. I believe that if I started the pre-checking process online should have avoided me to go in to only find out that my insurance is not accepted. What is the point of doing pre-checking and providing all information if they won’t do anything with it before I arrive?"

"This place is the worst!!! Especially those two front desk women!!! I don’t go here but my mother does. I went to one of her appointments and as soon as my mom went to the front desk to register, the women give her a really rude attitude. Not just one but BOTH OF THEM!!! The doctors and the nurses are really kind but those two women at the front desk aren’t. They need to take their job professional. Like how are you going to work her and give everybody an attitude. That is so disrespectful!!!"

"This place is the absolutely worst. Avoid if you can!! Wait time is ridiculous. I had a apt in December they call me an hour before to reschedule and i have been rescheduled 3 times after that. No one ever calls you with results or anything."

"STAY AWAY from this place. Very poorly run. I never take my time to write a review but this place hit a different nerve. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I waited 4 weeks for an appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, the front desk was very rude asking if my hearing didn’t work because the message said to be here 30 minutes before. I filled out the paperwork quickly and was ready to be seen at the time of my appointment. They were going to take me in then said I needed a referral, which I emailed to the front desk’s email. She kept saying she didn’t get it, while my email was sent and got an automatic reply from her that said she was out of office. Then told me it was too late for me to be seen because they are going on lunch and to RESCHEDULE so I wasn’t seen after me taking an unpaid day off work, commuting, filling their 15 pages of paperwork, and waiting one month for an appointment. Never ever coming back or recommend this place. Avoid the stress and headache."

"GARBAGE DENTIST OPERATION Took a personal day off from the 3 I get per year from my part time job to visit the dentist and dentist called out this morning. Seems like theres no backup plan when the dentist calls out. Already annoyed I asked the receptionist for a doctor's letter to show my employer but she couldn't provide one since doctor was out. They have no backup letters when things like this happen. I asked her for SOMETHING! to show my employer, she offered a next appointment date letter but her printer was having issues printing and kept printing blank pages. Now I'm returning to work Monday with no doctors letter. What a garbage operation they have."
