"I have used Jerzy twice now. Once a year ago to come to my home and disassemble and move and reassemble my Nordictrack elliptical elite 10.9i. Jerzy responds quickly to phone calls. We made appointment via text and over phone. Both times he was on time, prepared, came with tools. He is helpful and happy to explain what he is doing. When he originally came, it was to disassemble and move and reassemble my elliptical. My husband offered to help him but he completed the task with out assistance. On this second appointment I called and asked for him to come this week for a maintenance service because my elliptical was squeaking. He again, arrived on time and prepared to work with his own tools. Once he took the elliptical apart for service he saw there was an issue and a part was needed to repair. He was very helpful to show me and explain what the issue was. He also directed me where to purchase the part that was needed and went the extra step to make sure that I ordered the correct part. He also went over again how to replace the part once it arrives. He is knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend JB Assembly (Jerzy), to any one who needs assistance with their home gym equipment. I will continue to use his service for my equipment."

He even gave me some advice on how to care for the machine before he left. Jerzy was polite, organized, knowledgable, efficient, and incredibly reasonable in terms of pricing.
