"Where do I begin. I was looking for a very specific gun and believed it had been factory ordered by another dealer. Some days later I found out it had not…so I decided to telephone Nighthawk Custom directly. During my conversation with the company I was referred to an actual dealer-Good Guys Guns & Ammo in Nanuet and told to chat with the owner Alex or his partner Joe. Following a brief phone conversation I decided to visit the store and meet with Alex. A truly superb individual, wonderfully knowledgeable on every level, lives and breathes what he does….and you really couldn’t ask to meet a nicer more personable guy. The following day he telephoned me stating had ordered me the actual gun that I wanted and we agreed on another rather unique piece made by the same company. Whatever you’re in the market for…..he will get it for you. This guy takes it to a totally different level and really is an absolute pleasure to work with. So many companies seem to have forgotten how to treat the customer post covid……not here. I have referred many of my friends to Good Guys and will continue to do so. Thank you Alex! Update: 12/13/23 So Alex told me he would get me a the Nighthawk Custom President in less than a year and he really is a man of his word. We ordered the gun six-months ago. He couldn’t or wouldn’t give me a timeline at date of order….but went on to state he would do his absolute best. This evening, I walked into his store and was presented with this beautiful gun. I really can’t say enough about this wonderful man and his partner Joe. I’ll never buy a gun from another dealer following my experience here."
