"Amazing staff, extremely caring and kind. the facility is state of the art, clean and comfortable. I have had multiple procedures there from injections to surgeries. The nursing staff always show exceptional care from pre to post op. The recovery rooms are designed with patient comfort in mind, and the nursing staff continued to provide attentive care during this crucial phase."

"I took a family member here for a surgery they said would take about 20-30 minutes. He was dropped off at 1230 for a 115pm surgery time. He waited until 3pm to be able to get a gown on and his phone was presumably put away. After about 3 hours of hearing nothing we tried calling. First the weblink for the phone number didn’t work. However typing the number in manually did work, so we hoped to asked what was going on, but instead we hit a voice mail. So at around 630pm we decided to just go over to see what was going on. While on the way we got a phone call to come get him. And arrived about 15 minutes later. Then we were told it would be at least another 30 minutes. He wasn’t released until 815. My family member also complained about the treatment he received from the nurses. They also provided no documentation for medication, didn’t actually have him sign discharge papers, and apparently attempted to provide no pain medication after surgery. Even when we got him he was still in immense pain. They made a 115pm appointment for a 30 minute procedure into a 7hour ordeal and have infuriated me for their treatment of my family. The lack of communication and the sheer unprofessionalism of being able to remotely adhere to a schedule is why they have received this review. I have never interacted with a doctors office, hospital, surgical center, you name it, that has been this aggravating and I highly recommend others take caution when working with them."

"Excellent staff. Joanie was amazing with my 90 year old mother-in-law. She was very nervous and a bit unsteady after her procedure. Joanie made her very relaxed and comfortable and allowed her the time she needed to regain her bearings. I have personally had several procedures here and I can tell you that this staff is excellent not only as professionals but as people."
