"Dr Stacie Chasin is an excellent doctor with impeccable bedside manners. Doctor’s office visits can be difficult but she is great at making patients feel comfortable. Dr Chasin was empathic, listened to all my concerns attentively, and took time to understand my history. I’m glad I chose her as my PCP ! The receptionist staff as well as Dr Chasin’s assistant were all friendly and made the entire experience comfortable. A pleasurable experience all around."
"Awful place. The reception/receptionists are the worst. I am well familiar with this office over many years and each new “gatekeeper” is worst than the last. Will never go there again even if Im dying! Only giving 1 star because ZERO is not an option"

"Everytime I went there, I was treated like a second rate citizen and treated with no respect. Ive been there in the past over 10 times and only because I had to for work. I dont like talking down on people but 95% of the time, The lady at the reception counter was extreemly rude as if she couldnt be bothered to do her job. Im a friendly, respectful and cordial guy and shouldnt have to bend over backwards as a client to gain the receptionist's respect. You can see in her body language and hear her comment of her inconviences of having to answer the phone and do other basic clerical tasks. In the rooms, walls are unfinished and can see through portions of them, Insulation is visible which im sure isnt up to code or healthy. I always saw urine specimines(although in a clear, screw capped cup), just laying around sloppily. The equipment looks 30years old. The hygene for a Dr's office gets 0 stars and the main DR guy looks very unkempt and unhealthy. The technicians are not bad and I feel bad that im writing this review when they were the only thing good about that place. Theres other doctors in town. You'll see what I mean if you go there."
"I have been trying to get a form signed by a doctor for a while now. I figured I'd go here since I've been using first care for more than 2 decades. Sadly I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and was told they could fill out the form and my husband could pick it up. When my husband went to get the document they then said they didn't know I was married and that id have to call back to schedule an appointment. Fine. So I called back the next day to schedule an appt and was told i could come in Saturday I but they don't do appointments and i could just walk in. I showed up during the hours that they told me and was now told that I couldn't have the form signed bc they don't do this kind of thing on sat. When I told the receptionist at the desk about my prior conversations with first care she was rude and told me that this was not the conversation that had occurred. Um... If I had not apparently visited first care in 3 years why would I even know what hours to show up on sat if it had not been recommended to me by the staff? Why wouldn't they continue trying to schedule my appt if sat wasn't acceptable? I don't mind honest mistakes but being rude and condensending to customers is unacceptable that's when I lost it. I am now transferring my medical files to another doctor. Very frustrating."
