"Great company always on time"

"One time was enough I work for a 400+ employee company in Woodbridge. We had a manager visiting from California that had asked me to get him a taxi for a 3:30pm pick up. I called AZ Masood (first time using). I spoke with Abdul. I called approximately 8:45am, thus plenty of notice. No Confirmation number, just an "ok" from Abdul. 3:30 came, no car. I called at 3:33 and spoke to Abdul. He said "3 minutes". 3:41 still no car. I then get a call from Mohammad Arab who told me he is across the street at the mall and will be right there. The driver showed at 3:50pm for a ride to Newark Airport from Woodbridge. Never, EVER again will I use them. It wasn't rush hour, it was sunny out and they had plenty of notice - absolutely no excuse."

"Just to let all you know, that kid who killed his friend, in piscataway, was actually a driver for this company, and woodbridge gave a license."
