"Extremely disappointed! I ordered a custom lacrosse stick that was shown to be in stock. After 6 days I contacted them by phone to see what the status was. I was told that it would be looked into and would get a call back. I never received a call, and when I tried to call , there was no answer all day. I left a message. Still nobody called back. I finally got in contact with someone the next day. They said it would be shipping out that day (Thursday) and I would get an email with tracking info. I got nothing. I called next day (Friday) at 9am . Girl said she would call back by 12. She finally called at 1. Said it was out of stock. Of course I demanded a refund and vowed to never the company again. I then ordered the exact same thing from Sportstop for $75 cheaper and it's coming tomorrow. Company is awful!"

If they dont have it (doubtful), they'll either get it for you or show you something that is comparable and their prices are competitive with the big chain stores.
