"The staff members were very pleasant, the facility is ok. The waiting area didn't feel to safe during COVID, too many people and not fairly too close. The patients rooms are lacking and felt more industrial like - folding accordion doors should never be in this type of environment. My procedure was done in the stock room, no place to put your clothes, etc. and the staff had no where to place the equipment being used. The doctor was nice but was extremely rushed. Walked in and literally just started. On the last injection she literally handed the needle to the assistant and walked out and was like bye walking out the door. Not the type of experience one would expect. I would not go back nor would I recommend. I've had the procedure done at another facility that I would recommend and go back every single time."
