"I took my mother to have a urine test done because she was having a sudden onset of dementia, when I told Dr Choy my concern of her sudden confusion and my concern of a bladder infection she started to laugh, when I asked her what was so funny she ignored me until I asked a second time she said because sudden confusion and a bladder infection have nothing to do with one another, I know that is 100% False statement. The urine came black clean , when I asked her to do a Covid test on her because I myself tested positive the week before at the same facility she told me they don’t do Covid tests there, my reply was that’s not true I was just here last week and they tested me and it was positive, her reply was oh we don’t have anymore. I said I’m really concerned about her sudden confusion we were in the waiting room for 45 min and she asked me 3 times where are we and why are we here , not normal for my mother. Her response “oh” Sent me on my way I than went to the to the pharmacy purchased a Covid test and tested her myself and it was positive…. I did some research and found that sudden onset confusion in elderly with Covid is a symptom…. I share this because I don’t want this to happen to other children who are caregivers to their elderly parents I also share this in hopes that Dr Choy reads this and takes patient care a little more serious. Extremely Disappointed"

"Definitely will not be returning to this facility ever again. Short staffed slow it took over 3 hours to get checked in and have a doctor look at me. Don’t recommend anyone going to this place unless you have nothing planned on your schedule for the day."

"Very attentive staff. Overall pleasant experience. They’re very busy, so don’t act surprised if you see 10 people in the waiting room and you wait 40 minutes to be called in. That’s part of the process. However, the staff is very polite and always communicates realistic wait times."

"As an urgent care and one of the only places around that deal with workers comp, I walked in expecting to wait (as everyone should). There was a wait, it was not bad. From the second I walked in, everyone was wonderful. The staff is put under an immense amount of pressure daily dealing with difficult people and situations. I feel like people forget they are there just doing their job and trying to live like the rest of us. Regardless of people coming up to complain about the wait or just being down right nasty, they still remained patient and personable. Doctor was wonderful, care was wonderful."
