"Worse car service ever , I called at 2:00pm so I can make it early to work , dispatcher told me 5 minutes and I waited almost 1 hour on hold for them to tell me nothing is available after they told me wait 5 minutes so basically made it late to work thanks to them , then the dispatch was rude like if it was my fault and hung up the phone because he didn’t want to explain what happened"
