"I went to a meet and greet. The meeting was brief and I was told that I may hear back if they were interested in working with me. I was given a website to check out. I registered for castings on the website, but the castings were old. When I clicked on the castings, the site kept asking me to pay to register after I already paid. I reached out to let them know I was having an issue with the site but the response I received was rude and dismissive as the email stated " since she don't know how to use the site, terminate her account ". Is this how you treat a client or customer?? It's totally not cool and I am not impressed."
