"Tried this service a couple of times for early morning flights. The drivers arrived on time and were reliable however it was a mixed experience with respect to car cleanliness. The office/booking process (providing written confirmation of the ride, providing receipts, ensuring right method of payment, etc.) could be much improved!"

"The taxis were on time both ways. When i booked i asked the price each way to and from the airport and was quoted $49 which i thought was pricey but I booked anyway. I was shocked when the druver asked for $54 and would not take cards. I was told that it was $5 more before 6AM. They could have told me that when I booked. Next time i will be using Uber."

"I was disappointed with this company. The dispatcher was nice and helpful. The taxi driver was good and on time. Unfortunately the nice reviews end there. The taxi itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The strong stink of cigarettes was nauseating. Of course I wasn't expecting luxury premium service, but from the pictures you can see that no effort was made to clean up the taxi before picking up passengers. I would think twice before using this company again, especially if I'm using them to pick up guests. I expected more from a taxi company based around the Livingston area."
