"The first time I met Dr. Waisbren I almost cried in relief, I've never had a doctor see and communicate with me like a fellow human being before. It was almost like talking to an old friend who was genuinely interested in learning what I've been up to. During each visit every question is answered thoroughly and I am listened to, not rushed through and none of my concerns are ever brushed off. When necessary, he orders tests, some of which can be done in house. Him and his staff take me seriously and make me feel like someone they care for. His character is another thing I love about him, he is friendly & charming with a warm smile, excellent attention to detail and a way with words that always leaves me with a smile. His continued work in regards to reading medical journals to keep up with and learn from doctors and researchers alike, is something that keeps him at the top of his field. Adding that to his impressive resume is just one thing that makes him a hidden Gem here in South Jersey. His staff is also impeccable, their ability to accommodate is unlike anything I've ever experienced. They genuinely make me feel welcome and even if I have a lot of questions I don't feel like a nuisance. As I mentioned, they also do a number of tests including bloodwork in house, they communicate with pharmacies and other specialists making it much easier on the patient.They're open very early to accommodate us 9-5er's. They really are the ultimate package. Their ability to accommodate reminds me to take extra care of not only myself and report new problems, but also make sure to do any homework like outside labs, tests or paperwork. It makes me happy to be able to have everything together for my next appointment. The staff and the atmosphere always make me excited to go to my next appointment. I really cant thank Dr. Waisbren, and his staff, enough. I finally have a doctor who see's me as a human being and who genuinely only want to help me. Whether you're in need of a new primary, a cardiovascular specialist, or are just disheartened by the medical system in CMC, i would highly recommend you try Dr. Waisbren. They have renewed my faith and reminded me that, at the end of the day, the people who work in medicine are dedicating their time and effort to help their patients, regardless of their needs."

While all other local internists were either not accepting new patients or had a literal 4 month wait for an appointment, Dr Waisbren’s website allowed me to book a new patient visit within weeks of my request. Dr Waisbren is not only an internist but a cardiologist as well and is board certified in both. After making my appointment, I spoke with the office staff several times. Each time, they have been pleasant and helpful. My appointment with the doctor himself was great. "I have been a patient of Dr Waisbren for over 10 years. He is a very good doctor. I have a few major health conditions and he has always been on top them and is very reassuring. He has worked with my medical team at temple university hospital. They tell me to keep seeing him as he is a good doctor. Issues with billing has not been a problem as I can go in and talk with them about making arrangements. If you end up at a collection agency it may their on fault. Any doctor will send uncollected debt to a collection agency eventually."
