"If I could leave negative stars, I would. It all started with a $500 online order, whereas the order got modified as they didn't have what I originally had ordered. But I was neither notified nor compensated. I contact Customer Service, get promised a reduction, which I accept. Except from that moment on I haven't heard a pip from John Giannone who originally responded to my complaint. Avoid!"

"They have a loyalty plan which is something I've always looked for in a wine & liquor store. Ha! They actually have a great selection for the space. Sparrow has two large locations & less variety in wines and a more limited range in prices than Giannone."
