"This place used to be the bane of my existence. Long waits, snotty cashiers, screwed up scripts. It made me wonder how it stayed in business because everyone knew what a mess it was. Oh how times have changed. The last few times I've come here the service has been exceptional. Friendly employees, quick service, kind of what it should be. They even straightened out an insurance issue without me even asking!! I stopped in today to drop off and wait for a script. I was third in line and waited only 10 minutes to get to the register. A significant improvement over the 30-40 minutes it used to take. In the back, multiple people were plugging along filling bottles with pills and prepping meds. When I said I was going to wait I was told it would be about 40 minutes. So I sat. The line continued to move efficiently and the counter help was friendly and helpful. I was surprised when they told me I was ready after just 20 minutes! I honestly expected it to take an hour. Overall, I've been impressed lately. I'm not sure what changed but whatever it was it was the right move. Hopefully it isn't just a fluke."
