"If I could give 0 stars I would. Stopped in to cash a lottery ticket and the owner was extremely rude. Yelled at me for not scratching off the bar code which I clearly did and he got an attitude and said he couldn’t see and said sorry rather nasty. Then was annoyed when I asked if they had the same ticket and he told me only the old version that I didn’t want and mumbled something when he gave me my money. Plus the place stunk of incense. In times like this a little politeness goes a long way. Maybe they should learn"
