"Shai has a great eye for design and space but it also a great troubleshooter. He sees problems before you do and fixes them before you can even notice an issue yourself (eg reordering light he wanted to hang lower, suggesting a change to the cabinet handles when he realized they would interrupt the symmetry). He came to measure 3 separate times before construction began and checked in on the contractors' work repeatedly to make sure everything was going as planned. He made what would otherwise be an overwhelming process easy and I love my new kitchen!"
