"One of the rudest pharmacists. I called him a day before and explained everything to him and I asked him if he could help and he was like yea no problem don't worry about it. The very next morning he calls me and he is screaming at me From the top of his lungs on the phone while I was in a public place. I try to explain again and I'm trying to talk with him and explain everything to him and I tell him man your not listening to me your not letting me talk and he screams again I don't need to listen because I'm not going to do it. He almost made travel from Brooklyn NY to his pharmacy in jersey city for nothing. He had no intention of helping me. He is incredibly rude and doesn't care about his custmore or their needs as well. He will say one thing and he will do something different. He kept on telling I can order it this medication and I will try get it early for you. Then the next day he told I'm not sure if the order will get it fulfilled and I was just going to try to order it and see it if I can get it. He knows very well he could have gotten me my medication and he doesn't want to do any hard work. He was worried that my insurance won't pay but I called and asked and they said they would pay. He IS NOT A HELPFUL PERSON. He won't call the insurance if needed, he will fill the Rx to whatever makes him happy not the customer. Luckily there are very helpful pharmacists out there just DON'T count on this one"

"This is the worst pharmacy to come to don't even waste your time going there if you don't speak Arabic they will not help u and just tell u we ran out of the meds and if they do have the meds the pharmacist said it's for our consistent customers they don't care if you have insurance or paying cash they are disrespectful and that guy standing with the glass by the computer needs to be send to assiut to work in an illegal pharmacy because that's how he looks like a crook that don't know what he is doing. WORST PLACE TO EVEN BUY A SODA FROM. The place is a mess nothing in the shelves you can tell they don't care about the business and doing some type of insurance fraud because they don't serve anyone from all the reviews I been reading nothing on shelves no merchandise ever how are they in business? I'm calling the state to investigate those crooks that think they still in Egypt"

"This place is a joke. When I first walked in, the shelves were a mess, what few items were on display were still in the shipping packages. It looked partly abandoned. The front desk clerk couldn't even make eye contact with me when I was speaking, and took an eternity to acknowledge me even though the place was empty. I spelled my name for him three times, and then he had the nerve to ask what my name was again, and called me Henry. He refused me service because he could not remember that my prescription had been transferred from another pharmacy the night before, and gave me nothing but attitude when I insisted that I was informed my prescription was transferred right in front of me, and I was told it was ready. He also insisted that I was not covered under my insurance, even though it was my insurance company that sent me there. All in all, the guy seemed like he would rather have been doing anything else but his job. Maybe he should quit, place is a dump anyway."
